Terms of use

MedNest is a patient-communication tool used by clinics. Patients do not need an account: when you write to a clinic, the clinic answers you through MedNest.

Clinic staff may use MedNest only for communication with their own patients, in line with medical confidentiality and data protection law. Messages suggested by AI are drafts; the clinic is responsible for what it sends.

MedNest is not an emergency service. In an emergency call 112.

The service for clinics is provided by Hoffy&co s.p., Slovenia, under a separate agreement with each clinic. Slovenian law applies.
