Delete your data

To have your messages and contact details deleted:

1. Write to the clinic you were in contact with (in the same chat is fine) and ask for deletion, or
2. email info@mednest-ai.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, the clinic’s name and the phone number, Instagram username or email you wrote from.

We confirm within 30 days. Parts of a medical record that the clinic must keep by law are kept only for the legally required period; everything else is deleted.

If you connected nothing to MedNest yourself, there is no MedNest account to remove — deletion concerns the messages stored for the clinic.
